When will I get my order?

It usually takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order before it is shipped. Shipping times depend on your location and can be estimated as follows:
 

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days
     

Where will my order ship from?

We work with a print-on-demand fulfillment company that has facilities worldwide! Your order will be shipped from the facility that can fulfill it most efficiently based on your location.
 

Will I be charged customs for my order?

Additional customs and tax fees may apply to international orders. These fees are not within our control and are determined by your local customs office. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office to see if duties and taxes apply to your purchase.
 

My order should be here by now, but I still haven't received it. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, please try the following before contacting us:
 

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure your delivery address is correct.

  • Contact your local post office to see if they are holding your package.

  • Ask your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them.
     

If your shipping address was correct and the package is not at the post office or with a neighbour, please contact us with your order number.
 

⚠️ If you entered an incorrect shipping address, we can resend your order, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

How are your products made?

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper that has fulfillment centers worldwide. Depending on your location, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can process them most efficiently.
 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or shipment, feel free to contact us.
 

I received the wrong item or a damaged product. What should I do?
We’re very sorry if you received a damaged or incorrect item! To help us resolve this quickly, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Your order number

  • Any other relevant details
     

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS
 

What’s your return policy?
Since we work with a print-on-demand fulfillment partner, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order. However, if something is wrong, please reach out to us - we’re always happy to help!

 

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect. If this applies to your order, please contact us at with photos of the issue, and we’ll sort it out for you.

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
At this time, we do not offer size or color exchanges. Please check our sizing charts available on every product page before placing your order.

 

However, in the rare case that you receive a mislabelled item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send us:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the mislabeled item
     

If confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund.
